Summer With The Shepherd

We take a break from our normal rhythm of consecutive exposition each summer to visit the Psalms. This book covers a wide range of Israel’s history, but most importantly, it serves as a songbook for God’s people. Throughout the Psalms, the primary themes of Old Testament beliefs have been turned to song. Each chapter is meant to encourage the Church as it seeks to worship God rightly, follow him during hard times— and most importantly—give glory and honor to Jesus Christ. Join us this summer as we look to learn how the faith of David, Israel, and others applies to real-life situations today.
